At one time or another, everyone has done the splits.
No matter if it was done to show off, or there was a cause for the affect of the SPLITS being done.
The Splits I'm talking about is done with the legs, and I've had my fair share of doing the splits
and the cause of the affect of the Splits being done only leading to injury and time off.
Get your mind out of the gutter.....LOL!!!!!
the Splits I am talking about is the kind one would not EVER dream of EVER being done , let alone Ever IMAGINE it being done and how it could be done. So sit back and enjoy the adventure of my story, because you are not gonna believe your eyes when I tell you.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being a grandma, and WOULD NOT EVER give it up for ANYONE.
Its like growing up and releanring what you missed with your child(ren) when they were little and at the
age mine are 3yrs and 7 months old.
Having a VERY rambuncious 3 yr old boy bouncing around while the hands are full of a 7 month old baby can be a bit unnerving at times , and at the same time having the tv going very loudly, as well as 2 or 3 people trying to talk to you or someone else at the same time while the 3 yr old runs wild and you are holding a 7 month old thats ready to either FLy out of your hands because he is either thinking he is a bird or that if he flapped his little arms fast enough he could keep up with big brother as he ZOOMS around Am'Ma's feet.
Now imagine what it feels like when someone has your attention at the wrong time as you sit in the wrong place,
and all of a sudden you have 40 lbs of 3 yr old come down on the big toe and 2nd toe !
Now holding a 7 month old baby is not what you want to be doing at that time for many, many, many reasons.
But fortunatly nothing happend to him as I was holding him, he was sitting on my leg as I sat on the floor. When one sits on the floor with kids you have to guard your self closely, they have a tendency of getting overly excited as does my oldest grandson.
Thank the LORD above I has my foot turned to the side at the time his 40 lb little body came down on my toe.
I'm not sure if it was his hand or his knee, but I DO know he made my big toe and 2nd toe do the SPLITS!!!!!
Talk about the pain! I was so thankful afterword that I had taken ibuprofin before for my hands.
I holwed and screamed, and yelled at him, made him cry and not want to move. I hate myself for being like that towards my 3 yr old grandson. He really is a very sweet and pretty good little boy, even growing up around me.
When I felt him come down on my toes, I froze, and thought , OH LORD MY TOES. PLEASE DON"T LET THEM BE BROKEN.
Thankfully no broken bones and Thankfully nothing was dislocated or even sprained, just jolted.
Me and My grandson made up, became buddies again and proceeded to wrestle and play once again
Am'Ma LOVES you Nicolas
